Our studio was founded in April 2010 in Olomouc.
It offers complex solutions mainly in the field of interior architecture but also for the exterior of buildings.

Our team works under the leadership of Jarmi Zahradnikova who studied Architecture and Interior Architecture and Design at prestigious schools in England. She has extensive experience in these fields not only in our country, but also abroad where she has lived and worked.

Our aim is to create pleasant, functional and original housing, according to the requirements and needs of our clients. 

We also design spaces such as doctors’ offices, offices, hotels, body care studios, hairdressing studios, cafes, restaurants, ceremonial halls and commercial spaces. 

We create bespoke furniture and lighting design. This is for different styles of interiors and within historical buildings such as the Villa Primavesi in Olomouc or the Velký Týnec castle.

We are an Interior Architecture studio and our mission is to achieve your dream style of living. We work with each client individually, according to their wishes. 

We design one room or the whole apartment or house with the possibility of designing also the exterior and residence gardens. 

We always create the best possible layout for the space, which gives us the direction of our design. Bespoke or pre-selected furniture can be designed too. You will see the design represented in 2D (floor plans / sections / views) and also represented through 3D visualizations where you will see the materials, color solutions and how your interior / exterior space will look.

Consultation hours and advice

Do you need help with the interior design of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, children’s room or just a dressing room or a hallway ?

Do you feel like you don’t know how to go on, don’t know how to organise your spaces ? Don’t know what furniture or sofa to choose ?

Do you need advice on wall colour, flooring or lighting ?

Are you full of ideas and don’t know how to decide?

Do you need help shopping for accessories or just don’t know what to chose ?

You don’t want a whole interior design project, just advice?

For many clients, consultation hours and advice may be more suitable. 

Consultation hours and advice work by giving the client a minimum floor plan with the dimensions of the walls for each room or space of the interior. If the consultation takes place in my office, it is also necessary to have photographs of the space and, if possible, the space adjacent to it (behind the open door). If I visit a client’s interiors, photographs and floor plan are not necessary, I will get to know the client’s ideas on site.

In case of consultation at a place other than the office location:

The rate of consultation hours and advice is 520,- CZK/hour. and is calculated from the time of departure to the design location.

If this time is not for a full hour, the next quarter hour counts.

3D visualization

Possibility of 3D visualizations without technical documentation according to the client’s specifications.

This is a cheaper option where you only have 3D visualizations and a floor plan, without technical drawings. It shows one design option and real materials and dimensions. 

Many clients also combine 3D visualizations with consultation sessions, where the client’s vision is first consulted and then visualized. 

I understand that many clients have time constraints, so there is also the option to communicate with clients via the internet – email or skype. If the client sends me a drawn floor plan with dimensions of walls, windows, doors and also photos of each corner of the room, there is no problem to create a visualization of the new space according to the client’s specifications and send 3D visualizations over the internet without personal contact. If you would like to implement our design or if it would be necessary to make a complete interior design, be personal contact would be necessary at least to measure the rooms.

Realization of interiors

We cooperate with several interior design companies in the realization of interiors, therefore the realization of complete interiors is not a problem. These companies are also able to provide interior construction work such as plasterboard partitions, water, waste, heating, gas, electricity, painting, joinery / furniture / work etc. 

After pricing the project, the client decides on the price, quality of workmanship and work for the company that suits him best. It can be a complete project or a partial project, according to the client’s wishes. If the client wishes, I can supervise the construction work and installation of the interior for 440,- CZK/hour.
